2. Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been delivered.

• Damaged Products: Returns or refunds are only accepted in the event that your product arrives damaged.

• Proof Required: To be eligible for a refund or replacement for a damaged item, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with proof of damage (such as clear photos or a short video showing the damaged item and packaging).

3. Refund Process & Timelines

• Inspection & Confirmation: Once we receive your proof of damage, our team will review the claim.

• Processing Time: Upon confirmation of the damage, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

• Payment Method: All approved refunds will be credited back exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the amount in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or returns will not be issued for:

• Orders cancelled after 48 hours of purchase or after dispatch.

• Items delivered in good condition without damage.

• Damage claims made without clear visual proof or reported after the 48-hour delivery window.

• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
